Aerospace Medical Technician (MT) Family Practice Clinic Team Leader

As team lead, hold comprehensive responsibilities for providing crucial support for senior medical doctors/nursing staff for practice serving average of 172 individuals on monthly basis. Oversee work of up to seven MTs and develop performance standards in alignment with Air Force (AF) requirements/standards/leadership expectations; also serve in mentoring capacity providing oral/written feedback.
