         Spearheaded full-scope finance, accounting, and procurement functions for FPI, a wholly-owned government corporation within the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Prisons.

         Establish and implement financial and cost accounting policies and procedures, prepare forecasts, perform strategic planning, and oversee Customer Services Center which handles sales order processing.

         Strategically revised FPI investment strategy which fueled investment income by 61%.
