Executive Assistant Experience

The Pinnacle Schools ~ Executive Assistant/Registrar, August 2014 Present

         Log and maintain enrolled students' academic records; includes attendance, immunizations, grades, transfer information, curriculum schedules from transferring schools and enrollment documents

         Manage new student enrollment; request transcripts and records from other schools, develop cumulative folders and enter student data into appropriate databases

         Skillfully coordinate class schedules and resolving conflicts as they arise; also handle all grading, including scan sheet processing, verification and disbursement of progress reports and transcripts

         Spearhead all employee relations; process complaints and maintain personnel attendance reports/time sheets

         Post and approve the process of time of request and time corrections; deliver updates and related data to staff regarding new implements and critical information from the Principal and/or Counselor

         Coordinate the provision of personnel services and lead all staff-aided administration, including team workforce, inventory review and order placement as needed

         Act as a foremost point of direct administrative contact to liaise with district administrators and external institutions/agencies on a variety of matters; organize and lead meetings, conferences and other special events

         Drive operations for new employee orientation; work with administration Directors to make recommendations for hiring, conduct reference/background checks, assess performance, organize training, allocate tasks and resolve problems as they arise

         Maintain open communication with students and their families regarding behavior, academics, attendance and interventions that serve to improve educational outcomes and rehabilitate behavior

         Found lasting partnerships with teachers and staff; join forces to implement policies that benefit students, as well as develop innovative solutions to overcome challenges that the community faces in interacting with behavioral adolescents
