Regularly support other agencies regarding determining immigration status of various individuals and, upon identifying status, issue Immigration Detainer I-247 or arrest individuals. Conduct interviews to gain sworn statements, contact U.S. Assistant Attorney, author probable cause statements and transport individuals to federal court for appearance before magistrate. When required provide Grand Jury testimony and develop/maintain file(s) on arrested personnel.

 

During tenure in assignment received crucial narcotics training encompassing identification, investigation and interdiction, and have participated in hundreds of narcotics investigations and product seizure actions.
