LCMC Privacy Program Manager, annually assess LCMC mandates and conduct Privacy
Reviews that include System of Record Notices (SORNs) and Privacy Impact
Assessments (PIAs), which describe automated systems utilized for data protection/security.
Diligently adhere to regulations during annual inspections and ensure that
stored data is regularly scanned to protect against PII security breaches,
reporting any anomalies and remediating as necessary. Oversight extends to PII
on public websites, emails to unauthorized recipients, providing hard copies to
individuals without need to know clearance and any lost/unaccounted-for
electronic devices used to store PII.
Submit PII Incident/Breach Reports to Department of Homeland Security US Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT) with one hour following receipt/development, to HQDA Privacy Office utilizing Privacy Act Tracking System (PATS) within 24 hours, and to US Army TACOM LCMC G-3 Operations Center utilizing PII-related Commander s Critical Information Requirement (CCIR) report within ten business days. Additionally, compile/collect/forward data in compliance with Public Law 110-53, Implementing Recommendations of the 911 Commission Act of 2007, sections 802/803/804.
During tenure successfully employed a Tasker, an OPORD and a FRAGO while managing a project designed to train workforce, assess PII risks and implement PII mitigation/protection activities; also oversaw two of three-phase AMC PII-related OPORD and FRAGO projects through to completion. Skillfully negotiated with AMC Privacy Office to gain extension of OPORD Phase Two deadline based on in-depth project and risk analysis, and worked with AMC Privacy Office to expand delivery options of AMC Enterprise Portal (AEP) Site Manager/Site Owner training courses.
