    Designed, constructed, tested, and presented to the R&D team a prototype of a slow flow rate micro herb growing system using recycled materials that reduced overall system costs and waste.

    Interacted with engineers in initiating design changes for improved productivity, researching urban farming sciences to improve deep water culture growing.

    Remodeled a water catchment, treatment, and transportation system for a new school in Godak, Nepal.

    Produced multiple alternative AutoCAD designs with corresponding survey data, and determined a final design, conducting structural analysis, modeling reinforced concrete water filter tanks.

Projects Completed

Engineered a drill powered vehicle weighing less than 50 pounds on a $200 budget for an endurance race, collaborating with 5 engineers in the design cycle using professional Solidworks drawing techniques, employer presentations and team interaction. Calculated failure points and regulated the assembly of the vehicle.

Engineered an electromechanical system a female student with joint deformities to independently open and close her school locker, using an Arduino Uno circuit that controlled a button pad, server, and motor that enabled the student to enter a passcode with her nose to activate the servo/motor to utilize her locker door.

Conducted measurement studies on the linear displacement of a rear mountain bike shock for the Data Analysis Measurements class. Connected a Linear Variable Differential Transformer (LVDT) sensor to a National Instruments Data Acquisition (DAQ) and Labview system to measure the bike s responses to different weight values to confirm that an air bike shock represented a classic spring-damper-mass system.
