For the Federal Bureau of Prisons, was tasked with developing high security solutions, including perimeter intrusion detection/monitoring systems, for Federal prisons in Virginia, Georgia, California, North and South Carolina, Mississippi and Texas, among others; contracts were valued at $8.4M.
Since 2005 have serviced $5.8M in multiple security-related contracts; provided integrated access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance systems at the Department of Justice headquarters and 11 other Washington, DC-area buildings/facilities. System solutions include secure access servers, high security locks with X09, hand geometry readers, high security door contacts, door strikes, badge readers, motion sensors, CCTV cameras, video recorders, monitors, door control hardware and other supporting hardware/options.
For the National Park Service, expertly met responsibilities for
designing/installing/maintaining integrated CCTV system for Washington, DC-area
memorials and monuments, including the White House Visitor Center, Washington
Monument, Lincoln Memorial and the National Mall, a project worth $2.2M. Was
personally responsible for rapidly responding to an urgent request from the
National Park Service and installing system crucial to allowing the Park
Service and the FBI to monitor a bombing suspect on 24/7 basis until issue was
resolved. Also installed smart software on currently-utilized CCTV system
within Mall allowing independent operation as well as sounding alarm if
security is compromised.
Successfully provided physical infrastructure for U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, working with a $700,000 contract. Additionally, implemented large secure wireless network/related security equipment for the Al Mesillah Compound housing complex with 200 homes near Camp Sayliyah, Qatar, valued at $156,000; provided logistics, personnel and all needed materials. Employed integrated security system designed for encrypted transmission of intelligence/information for compound including a C&C center.
For a design/build project for the United States Air Force, provided extensive CCTV and access control system at Shaw AFB, South Carolina, valued at $488,700, which covered Base Flight line, control tower, fuel facilities, gate areas, munitions and commercial vehicle inspection areas as well as other buildings with secured centralized control over multiple monitoring locations.
