Hiring Agent Name, Title
St. Luke s Hospital
I am extremely interested in being considered for the Clinical Coordinator position with our hospital s Labor and Delivery Unit and am submitting my resume for review. In advance, thank you for your time and consideration.
As demonstrated, I joined St. Luke s Hospital as an RN with the Labor and Delivery Unit in 2006. For the past 10 years I have served as a Charge Nurse, with responsibility for providing effective leadership in strategically determining staffing levels, scheduling staff and coordinating patient care to optimize use of time and resources and control costs while meeting the needs of our patients, delivering quality care and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. I also have served as a Preceptor for over 7 years and am proficient in orienting and training staff as well as highly qualified to evaluate and direct personnel. I excel in prioritizing, planning and managing patient care from admission to discharge and productively collaborate with cross-functional departments and multidisciplinary teams to optimize results.
Complementing this background, I believe my many years of management experience in the hospitality sector add value to my qualifications. In this capacity, I was responsible for daily operations of 3 locations, including human resources, policies and procedures, customer and vendor relationships, service levels, revenue growth, budgets, and P&L.
I am confident that I can deliver immediate and long-term results as the Clinical Coordinator, and look forward to interviewing for the position at your earliest convenience.
