Research Operations

    Performed filtration flux studies on ultrafiltration membranes and for understanding the performance of the membranes for virus filtration.

    Designed a strategy for and functionalized linear PEG with hydroxyl facile functionalization of PEG.

    Performed mixing studies in a torispherical-bottomed pharmaceutical stirred tank under different baffling xxxxxxnditions.

    Identified the minimum agitation speed for solid suspension and the minimum mixing time (95% homogeneity) for a dye in water.

    Xxxxxxnducted laboratory maintenance and improved lab working xxxxxxnditions by trouble shooting the analytical instruments as needed and developing SOPs.

Innovation & New Product Development

    Developed a polymer-based material platform for hydrogels, ion gels, and a high toughness hydrogel based on PS and PEG. Assisted in preliminary testing of the hydrogels as a replacement material for human meniscus.
