• As a press operator placed paper sleeves onto machine so they would be filled with lids when sleeves were filled. Placed them on pallet, wrapped with shrink wrap and passed on to forklift.
• As a coater operator prepared all necessary paperwork for each bundle of plate, strapped the pallet with metal straps to secure, used a hoist and transferred it from the line conveyor to the side for forklift driver to pick up. Conducted visual inspections and ensured product was within customers specifixxxxxxtions, logged quality problems during checks, removal of jams and damaged metal sheets, complete paperwork.
• As a palletizer operator checked xxxxxxns every 15 minutes to make sure they were free of debris, made a full pallet of xxxxxxns, placed packer sheets between each layer and created labels for each pallet. After pallet was finished passed on for wrapping and conveyor line.
• As a forklift operator worked in all departments taking out metal bins outside for proper disposal, in the xxxxxxn line. Took bundles of plate so they could be used to make the xxxxxxns and pallets of lids so they would feed the rotor feed, took finished pallets from the press department on to their proper loxxxxxxtion. Fed empty pallets onto the palletizers, loaded and unloaded trucks, took finished product off of conveyor and high stacked them onto their proper loxxxxxxtion. Replenished supplies in assigned areas, reviewed warehouse production planning schedule to determine duties for shipping and receiving, conducted inspection and routine preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
