Continually coordinate with TCM TADLP courseware managers and Army proponent schools for SIS to ATRRS interface (part of TCM ATIS SIS) for new courseware; maintain existing courseware in ATIS SIS and ELLC. Develop contract packages, work with LCMS contract award, inspect/monitor/inventory 100,000,000+ in equipment and prepare items for turn-in for ATSC (TCM-ATIS). Additionally, as Hand Receipt Holder Equipment continually comply with ATSC PBO requirements.

 

For all matters concerning real-time collaborative environment web-based technologies Digital Training Management System (DTMS), plan/organize work projects including determining principles/theories/studies/projects. Skillfully analyze depot maintenance operations/policies/objectives and coordinate implementation of recommendations regarding increased efficiencies/effectiveness.

 

Skillfully assess programs/objectives, organization and functions, procedures/methods, resource requirements/utilization, reports and statistics, systems, equipment utilization and space layout/location.
