         Develop and maintain a vast range of emergency management plans encompassing COOP, local mitigation strategy, pandemic influenza, jail evacuation, mass casualties, long-term recovery, bus accidents, debris, emergency communications, NIMS, large animals, temporary housing, and 911 services.

         Championed countless full-scale, tabletop and functional exercises to include scenarios for school shooter, bank robberies, massacres, pandemics, court house active shooter, Board of County Commission Chambers active shooter, mass casualties, bus accidents, natural disasters, hazardous materials, and communication outages.
