This Resume Has Not Been Formatted
1. DID U FIX THIS ONE YET ? When a client submits the contact form at theresumewritingexpert(s).com, the TEXT MESSAGES do not send to the client (the text messages do work on resumesguaranteed.com s contact form and on all other contact forms just not this one) FIXED
2. DID U FIX THIS ONE YET ? When a client logs into their account and clicks EMAIL THE WRITER a contact form appears. This form sends the message to the writer as a ticket and also adds to the order comments. The problem is: If a client has more than 1 order in their history, the system has no way to know WHICH order their form content is about. To fix this, please create a screen when they click EMAIL THE WRITER that looks the same as the screen we now have when they click VIEW YOUR RESUME (it s a list of their orders for them to select WHICH order) Then*--put the old contact form but make sure it sends the data to the writer assigned to THAT order and adds the comment* to THAT order. (Please don t change any other form properties for example, if it s for a writer who is no longer in our database, we already have a rule/method for that)

working. If client has more than one order then first it will list the all
order then select order after then it will open the form for post comment.

NEXT: we have a similar issue If the client goes to our public contact form i.e. http://www.resumewritinggroup.com/tickets/upload/open.php -- and they select EXISTING CLIENT SUPPORT the system again, has no way to know WHICH client order the information should go to (so it defaults, I think to their oldest/first order). Please edit the form so that if the client has >1 more than one order in the database It ll dropdown/add a new field Please Select Which Order You re Writing About (and of course, then make the form action handle the info for the order#/comments/writer they select) and show them the list of their orders NEATLY. Please do this change to the contact form of each of our sites after it s been tested. Thank you !
To create the ticket its not need to login and without login its able to generate the ticket. So its not possible to listout the orders of user without login. Please suggest

Still need help w SPAM in the message center of secure.azoos.com/resume/admin (the tickets) We are getting HUNDREDS of spam messages there per week but I thought we were only accepting direct mail to tickets if it included certain words like resume? The emails coming in are spam with crazy subject lines that don t match any of our words!

If a writer does not have CVs checkmarked, they cannot be assigned or auto assigned CVs. Plz add a category Does UK CVs? and a writer can only do thse if that field is checked in their record. In the ORDER RECORD for Superior CVs sales, you re currently calling them RESUME ORDER or EXECUTIVE RESUME ORDER .. plz change to UK CV ORDER or UK EXEC CV ORDER They need their own class/type IN Progress
