GS-0301-13/ Port Security Assessment Specialist
Oversee program efforts for the waterside security of Especially Hazardous Cargoes (EHCs). Manage the maritime security of Chlorine, Anhydrous Ammonia, Ammonium Nitrate, LNG and LPG in bulk on our inland and coastal waterways per Congress in the Coast Guard Authorization Act (CGAA) 2010.

Led team members through port assessments as a Contracting Officer s technical representative (COTR) for special assessments. Gleaned content using these assessments to aid users in making risk-based decisions to better protect ports or assets under their cognizance.
