Serve in an executive role for an agency based in Dallas, TX; operated directly out of the field office in Parkersburg, WV until 2010 and then relocated to the field office in Xxxxxx
Work exclusively on the McDonald's restaurant account on the service and brand management side
Meet with Division Partners (DP) semi-annually to establish a labor/fee plan within the market s Scope of Services
Develop new services within markets in an effort to bolster levels of income
Liaise with Directors to ensure strategic initiatives and media tactics are planned and have yearly budgets in all markets
Work with DP to establish annual divisional and regional revenue goals; also notify DP of specific growth opportunities within existing regions, such as new services, new business, etc.

Foster lasting division relationships with McDonald s and OOs; also ensure Directors build local relationships
Attend McDonald s Division Leadership meetings; update DP and Moroch management as needed
Provide market updates each month to DP regarding market and relationship headlines, as well as market opportunities and any concerns as they arise
Work with Directors to properly staff market team(s) that effectively support Moroch s clients and meet established financial goals within the division
Drive compliance in the execution of McDonald s Agency Standards across all regions
