Health Information Exchange (2014-Present)

         As technical Lead in HIE platform, part of CIP flagship product, oversee complete-life-cycle for over eight applications/components, including customer/partner collaboration, product certification and product conferences.

         Develop xml documents in proprietary healthcare format utilizing templates/data stored in database; perform application integration with rest of platform.

         For XDS, design/implement SOAP services implementing cross-enterprise document sharing protocols; utilized for sharing data between EHRs; consistently provide multiple methodologies for authenticating clients.

         For XCA, design/implement SOAP services serving as gateway between XDS services; tasked with overseeing all authorization and authentication actions.

         Successfully implement XCPD service that acquires information on patients and communities that is utilized by XCA Init gateway; integrate with XCA.

CIP Data Access Platform (2012-2014)

         As Senior Software Engineer, steered/mentored developers and was responsible for multiple design aspects; developed/shipped multiple applications and components including virtual schema service, which supported CRUD operations on data utilizing a virtual schema layer built utilizing entities edmx; also translated queries, applied access control, executed queries and fetched data.

         For an access control framework carefully defined roles and rules to granular access to data; enforced rules at time of user executing SQL statement.

         Served as OData connector with responsibilities for developing OData layer that used existing infrastructure to support REST clients.

Windows Azure Platform Appliance (WAPA) 2010-2012)

         Skillfully supported WAPA client service; delivered Azure build-out and servicing bits to Azure private clouds, queries for updates and downloaded updates from WAPA site; client ran as tenant or bootstrap powershell utility.

         Expertly worked on HP Proliant Power Distribution Unit driver that controlled power to WAPA blades; driver supported serial/telnet/SNMP protocols and performs initial configuration of device and blade power operation.

         For WireMarshal, component of VM control feature in Azure and part of WireServer protocol designed to support communication between Azure Fabric controller and guest agents, was responsible for managing validation, communication and versioning of goalstate, healthreaport and agent notification requests.

Windows Essential Business Server (2008-2010)

         Provided support for WCF-based remote framework utilized by provisioning/management components to invoke functionality across machine boundaries; also worked on certificate infrastructure framework, also utilized by provisioning/management components to issue, verify and perform multiple certificate operations.

Windows Rights Management Services (2004-2007)

         Participated in work on next generation of cloud service supporting Live Id and changes in RMS pipeline code and UX pages to issue identity certificates to users; supported provisioning of service to develop IIS entities, Windows service, MSMQ objects and SQL database objects; upgraded database to next version, designed API layer to expose provisioning to Windows 2008 Server Manager and worked on creating APIs to support custom actions in the product installer.
