Team Lead Aerospace Engineer

         Shepherded team in automating Command 202 system for KC-135 use and entire Air Logistics Center which increased efficiency of 202 processing by 300% base-wide.

         Instructed 1,700+ personnel in maintenance of 202 system and trained 200 field personnel in using 202/107 system to expedite field response time by 50%.

         Implemented Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM) FAA Part 39 Air Worthiness certification and maintained RVSM Air Worthiness certification on 541 K/C-135 Aircraft.

         Successfully restored 62 a/c which failed initial RVSM certification and implemented Unscheduled Depot Level Maintenance for 52 a/c to achieve mission-ready status.

         Designed and implemented 400+ Depot 202 Engineering dispositions for structural analysis involving KC-135 aircraft to ensure flow days remained on target.

         Won Performance Award and Certified Letter of Commendation in 2002 in recognition of contributions.
