Following participation in a 16-hour Milwaukee County Sheriff s Office SWAT training session in January 2016, developed and presented well-received Emergency Response to IED/Active Shooter lesson plan to the Security Departments of Froedtert and Children s Hospital.
Additional AOR includes Saint Charles Youth Residences and Wauwatosa Public Schools Charter Education Program facilities, which are utilized by approximately 20,000 staff, visitors and patients on daily basis.
Hold multiple law enforcement responsibilities including providing rapid response to property/personal crimes, traffic accidents and any disturbances that involve patients/visitors/employees. Diligently investigate incidents of reported sexual assault including interviewing witnesses, interrogating suspects, gathering evidence and processing crime scenes; also author and file all relevant/required reports and documentation and provide testimony as required during criminal proceedings.

As a Certified Northwestern University Instructor provided crucial direction for 40 Motor Officer candidates involved in four separate two-week Basic Police Motor Officer training classes.
Successfully gained Certification as an Emergency Vehicle Operations and Control Master Instructor (EVOC/MIT) and serve in supervisory role for other EVOC instructors, overseeing biannual State-mandated in-service emergency vehicle operation training as well as conducting training for personnel from other Police agencies that have contracted with the Milwaukee County Sheriff s Office Training Bureau to gain State certification.
