Oversaw shipping and quality measures for the world s largest marketer of umbrellas, gloves, rainwear, rubber over-shoes and other weather accessories, headquartered in Cincinnati
Played a key role in adding sandals, headwear and Acorn footwear accessories to the line of company offerings for its customer base
Also dispensed all types of umbrellas e.g. rain, outdoor, sun and children s offerings, as well as golf and automatic open and close folding umbrellas
Offered brand products to clients across a full line of winter, leather, stretch leather gloves and stretch classic gloves
Also handled the dispensation of different styles of women s, men s and children s slippers
Began career at Totes Isotoner as a probationary Supervisor for Belcan and went on to serve as a Shipping Dock Supervisor; helped in completing the start-up of a new state-of-the-art operating system

Fixed the 0.20% error orders internally prior to shipment
Directed the routine adherence to established monthly audit budgets
Skillfully updated Route Guide content in PKMS and JBA to verify that orders were packed, labeled and ticketed to meet customer requirements, which eliminated a significant percentage of charge-backs
Noted that the majority of charge-backs were caused by concealed shortages or substitutions at vendors factories; fixed issues in-house prior to shipment
Also directed the Quality Control Department in issuing chargebacks to the vendor s factories as needed
