  Build and sustain productive relationships with vendors to guarantee supplies remain in line with cost projections, including accurately managing proper inventory levels to stay within pre-determined core budgets.

  Conduct RFPs and supply customers with equipment quotes, models, and specification sheets and coordinate the ordering, shipping, and installing of wide-ranging equipment (e.g. shelving, coolers, freezers, ovens, fryers).
