Site Manager

         Began with the company as a Travel Technician, traveling to customer sites throughout the US to address particularly problematic issues that on-site technicians and managers had not been able to resolve. Quickly promoted to Regional Representative to continue visiting problematic sites to rectify technical issues on a higher level and longer-term basis. Currently serve as Site Manager in a similar capacity as well as providing management direction in addition to technical and diagnostic expertise.

         Provide proficient technical and management expertise for a single large client s manufacturing facility.

         Discovered fuel cell system design flaws at the large client site, worked closely with engineering personnel and management to re-engineer the entire system, greatly increasing system reliability and relationship with the customer while also increasing the company s presence at the client site by more than 60%.
