Most people are happy with this and are ready to send it out, but if you need the writer to make any edits, just let them know they ll be happy to help.

  Who are your writers?


We contract professional resume writers across the country .They re all American (except for a few Canadian writers who specialize in Canadian resumes), they all speak English as their native language, and they re all full-time professional resume writers Unlike some other companies, we do not hire college students, we do not hire people overseas, and we do not use software to generate resumes.

All of our writers have a MINIMUM of five years experience before we even hire them, and some of our writers have been with us for over a decade and in the resume writing business for more than 20 years..

We hire writers who have different areas of expertise so, a pharmaceutical sales rep and a kindergarten teacher will get different resume writers, for example.


  Do you have someone who can write a resume in MY field? (i.e. Do you have people w/ knowledge of the biotech industry, aviation industry, etc; etc;).

  Do I get to speak with the writer? / What is the Career Coaching Session?

Yes! You will have 2 way communication with your writer via our online client center and through email. It s very easy and the most effective way for our writer s to interact with our clients. We prefer this to phone time because it enables them to interact with multiple clients at the same time multitasking so they can complete their assigned resumes as well. Phone time would literally require them to stop everything whereas communication through our 24 hour online customer system enables them to multi-task while answering questions from multiple clients.

This is a 30-minute phone consult with a resume writer and career coach. In most cases, your writer and coach will be the same person.

Most people choose to do this before the resume is written, so that the writer/coach gets a better sense of who they are and what they re looking for, but we often have clients who come back and add it on later, too!

This time can be used however you feel it would benefit you most. Whether that s resume building and streamlining, discussing the next step in your career, talking about job search strategies, or coaching on how to answer difficult questions on interviews. Your coach will tailor the session to meet your needs.


  Price/time frame questions

Resumes start at $109 and go up to about $199 depending on your job type and experience level.

Entry level resumes mean new to the workplace.

Career-Change means anyone who has experience but is starting something new.

Sometimes, career change people with dozens of years of experience will try to get lower rates as entry level because they re starting a new path. Entry level , however, is only for those who are brand new. For example, recent college or high school graduates.

         Professional, executive, and federal resumes have minor surcharges if they have 6 or more years experience (this is noted in a drop down menu).

         We advertise the base price as $89 for students and entry level (no experience, resume tailored to make them look better than that).

         $99 for most jobs/levels of experience, $199 for executive level resumes, $89 for entry-level

         $179 for federal/government resumes,
$69.95 per KSA (questions government employers ask applicants to write KSA stands for Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) and senior/executive resumes

         $69 to do a revision that includes information that was not originally asked to be included in the resume (to request a resume update) (i.e. if a client suddenly has NEW info to add after we ve done the job, then it s a paid revision, not a free one)





  How can you guarantee a job?

We guarantee you ll be working OR* we refund your money. To do this, we play the law of averages. A small fraction of people are likely to need a refund for not having a job but the offer drives up our revenue so much that we make enough profit to give those occasional people refunds. We are extremely confident, however, that if you distribute your new resume to at least 40 executives in your field, you ll have a job


> Where are you guys located? Can I come to your office to get my resume created?

We are an online company and our writers work from their home offices all over the U.S. Because they are so busy writing resumes 24-7, they do not do any in-person consulting. Our main office is located in Clermont, FL but it s just a corporate office. The way to order is online and then you get assigned a lead writer who will work with you directly through your account.

  In What Format Do You Send The Resume To Me?

The file you get will be a Microsoft Word document that YOU own. It is completely editable, so you can always tweak it to fit different jobs as they come along, post it online, you can do anything you want with it!

  What is your success rate?

Whenever the company has done studies to sample our success rate, it s always been in the very high 90s (i.e. high 90% s). That s based on the number of people who place orders vs. the number of people who report they re satisfied. We help more than 8,000 clients per year so, of course, with any company in any industry there are going to be SOME dissatisfied clients but we do everything we can to work with each customer one-on-one until they are completely happy with their resume. > How important is the cover letter?

Having a strong, succinct cover letter can sometimes make the difference between being called in for an interview and not being called in at all. We recommend them to everyone. After all, if having a cover letter gets you hired somewhere even 1 day sooner than you would have without the cover letter, then it would have more than paid for itself!

  What is the Job Hunter Package?

Our research team will prepare a customized list of 30-40 employers who hire for a certain type of position in a defined geographic area. You could tell us you are looking for a job as a pharmaceutical sales representative within 50 miles of Winston-Salem, NC, for example, and we would have the research team prepare your Job Hunt list accordingly.


  How do you get the list? Why can t I just look it up in the Yellow Pages?

Our research team uses a mix of public, trade, and proprietary sources to generate the lists. We often come up with places job seekers have never even heard of!


Are these known job openings / active job listings?

No the Job Hunt list is meant to be a tool to help you expand your search and reach out to prospective employers that are maybe not listing their openings on job boards at the moment.

Remember that when you re conducting your job search, you ll often find you have greater success when you re not competing with the HUGE influx of resume submissions online job postings create for employers.

By contacting other companies, you re competing against a much smaller pool of applicants AND showing great initiative (which employers love!)!!!
