Expertly design/develop software and conduct fault isolation, troubleshooting and failure analysis, serving as Subject Matter Expert for design/test development for OH-58D Control Display Systems that includes target acquisition, fire control, flight command, communications, laser designators, laser range finder and weapon displacement compliancy. Expertly support Electro-Optic Weapons System Mast Mounted Sight (MMS) for Kiowa Warrior Rotary Aircraft OH-58D; successfully recorded 99% customer satisfaction rate.
