Currently, as a Health & Safety Senior Analyst for GDF Suez North America, I expertly serve as Deputy Health & Safety Manager in the absence of the current H&S Manager, including leading Health & Safety compliance and performance responsibility for United States, Canada and Mexico-based construction, outage, and maintenance operations for critical pipeline construction and power generation. Within this role, I direct top-performing HS regional managers for ongoing operations, including pipeline construction, power generation plant construction, training, budget and schedule adherence, and regulatory compliance. I also develop and implement a results-generating Health & Safety minimum requirements guidelines template for wide-ranging construction projects and EPC contracts across the United States, Canada and Mexico; manage teams in performing in-depth audits; and identify trends and problem areas to boost field-based project success.
