Selected Project Highlights

         Gulf & Western Industries: Installed air and water mains following drilling and blasting of development tunnels for stope and pillar operation at Sterling Zinc Mine in Ogdensburg, NJ.

         North River Sewage Treatment Plant: Controlled all facets of $40M plumbing contract including take-offs, ordering, layout, and coordination of manpower and equipment. Delivered project eight months ahead of schedule and under budget.

         Honeywell: Spearheaded all aspects of pneumatic HVAC controls from new installations to retrofits. Performed calibrations (e.g. control panels, valves, sensors, gauges), set up fan units for seasonal and day/night operation, and installed all types of dampers and motors.

         Cornell Medical Center: Administered $10M plumbing contract for eight floors of a hospital & medical research facility. Coordinated piping with HVAC, electrical work and sprinkler, proficiently handled piping take-offs and ordering, and configured all rooms and labs including outlets, appliances, and equipment.

         Annenberg Building at Mt. Sinai: Headed completion of extensive laboratory work covering two hospital floors comprised of patient rooms.

         Dodge Hall at Columbia University: Championed fast-track (four-month) project involving nine-story complete gut, re-pipe, and new acid neutralizing system with related piping for Leroy Nieman print studio.

         Schermehorn Hall: Steered completion of four projects concurrently including emergency services under extremely challenging logistical situations. Installed all piping for rooftop greenhouse and 2^nd floor lab.

         Plaza Hotel: Installed over 3,000 feet of piping for a heat recovery exchanger and successfully limited hotel shutdown for domestic water to less than 3.5 hours.

         E-Walk-42^nd & 8^th: Oversaw $2.3M plumbing contract for base building in Times Square covering one square block in busiest section of Manhattan. Tenant work included Loews Theater and futures for 50-storey hotel to be erected on top of half of base building which was 200 feet in elevation.

         745 7^th Avenue: Supervised up to 28 plumbers in $8M fast-track project for building which was equivalent to 52 stories and one full square block.

         Wyoming Medical Center: Orchestrated MEP efforts to ensure institution adhered to rigorous codes and criteria for JCAHO inspection and certification.
