Mortgage Underwriting

         DE Underwriter with extensive experience with a broad range of types of loans. In addition to standard mortgage products, possess extensive experience in specialty areas including:

o    Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac conventional loans, FHA loans, high balance loans

o    Non-QM and Jumbo loans up to $2 Million

o    Wholesale, retail, specialized investor jumbo loans, non-owner occupied products with 10+ rentals

o    Du Refi Plus, HARP, and Open Access loans

o    Manual Underwrites for various investors and FNMA

         At Lending Tree, was one of only 10 senior underwriters on a team that doubled production within 6 months.

         At Downey Savings and Loan, worked with senior counsel to modify the Note Agreement to eliminate an antiquated title policy, thereby facilitating processes and processing time.

Astute Financial Analysis

         Proficient in analyzing complex tax returns, particularly for borrowers with more than 4 financed properties

         Effective analysis of all types of tax returns including 1040s, 1120s, 1065s, and more.

         Highly effective in analyzing financial status and tax returns of self-employed individuals with 1040s, 1120s, 1065s, or C Corporations.

Staff Development and Training
