2.    When a client logs into their account and clicks EMAIL THE WRITER a contact form appears. This form sends the message to the writer as a ticket and also adds to the order comments. The problem is: If a client has more than 1 order in their history, the system has no way to know WHICH order their form content is about. To fix this, please create a screen when they click EMAIL THE WRITER that looks the same as the screen we now have when they click VIEW YOUR RESUME (it s a list of their orders for them to select WHICH order) Then*--put the old contact form but make sure it sends the data to the writer assigned to THAT order and adds the comment* to THAT order. (Please don t change any other form properties for example, if it s for a writer who is no longer in our database, we already have a rule/method for that)

This is already working. If client has more than one order then first it will list the all order then select order after then it will open the form for post comment. Please check attached snapshot
NEXT: we have a similar issue If the client goes to our public contact form i.e. -- and they select EXISTING CLIENT SUPPORT the system again, has no way to know WHICH client order the information should go to (so it defaults, I think to their oldest/first order). Please edit the form so that if the client has >1 more than one order in the database It ll dropdown/add a new field Please Select Which Order You re Writing About (and of course, then make the form action handle the info for the order#/comments/writer they select) and show them the list of their orders NEATLY. Please do this change to the contact form of each of our sites after it s been tested. Thank you !

To create the ticket its not need to login and without login its able to generate the ticket. So its not possible to listout the orders of user without login. Please suggest


3.    New site on azoos server
Plz make contact form and order forms (entry/prof/exec no* Fed)
Plz create html pages for about us, FAQ all the other buttons/links on the site (name the files anything like faq.html) On those pages, plz change the header image on each page and leave room for text so users can see at least some of the text w/out having to scroll down.. The home page has some nice parts but too much for secondary pages (**add this site to price manager at /admin too )

4.    Also, can you please do this for too (site is similar template but has some different words etc;-- so plz use the words/images from that site for sure)
Can we copy and upload it to or we need to put the same content and make the mobile friendly design??
Unfortunately, must take the same content from and not copy from theresumewritingexpert - DONE

5.    At theresumewritingexpert(s). com via mobile- the SIDE TABLE about DID YOU KNOW appears on the TOP of the page above the important text, can you please switch it so the DID YOU KNOW table is BELOW the main page text/content? - DONE

9a. HR-RESUMES.COM is no longer responsive on mobile/ plz fix

-  This is already mobile responsive. Can you please let me know how you getting the issue

9b. (thank u page for NURSE site) plz remove header/index banner image from top FIXED
9c. plz license the images on all 5 new sites so they re proper resolution IN Progress
