Worked on the $40M Manhattan 42nd Street Midtown Ferry Terminal (NYEDC); installed 86 steel piles that measured 18 each, as well as a concrete-filled 42 steel pile, mooring towers and cathodic protection. Completed concrete pumping for a pier deck, which included 870 anchor bolts for a steel foundation, xxxxxxoating docks, fender piles and divers. Restored the River Road Waterfront Park, a $5M project in the City of Sayreville, NJ. Constructed two boat ramps and xxxxxxoating docks, 500 sheet piles, a parking lot, gazebos, cofferdam and concrete decks. Revitalized the Holland Tunnel Pier 9 for PANYNJ, totaled at $8M. Oversaw completion of a Tremie concrete encase of 256 timber piles, as well as demolition, concrete pumping upper structure and new steel installations. Successfully recovered three sunk 100-ton concrete bulkheads. Reconstructed Tallman Island for NYDEP, valued at $25M, in College Point, NY. Demolished the former 24K square-foot concrete and timber pier. Constructed a new 30K square-foot pier, 96 steel piles, cathodic protection, precast structures and pier deck concrete pumping. Also worked on timber and steel fenders, 1.2K feet in 20 pipe lines, electrical upgrades and divers. Led work on the Sheepshead Bay Bulkhead Rehabilitation park restoration project in Brooklyn, totaled at $35M for Turner-NYEDC. Installed 3300 feet of sheet piles, drove cathodic protection efforts and installed tie backs. Also worked on walers, precast caps, 60K square-foot sidewalks, 3K square-foot existing sheet pile water blasting and painting, divers and 2K CY tremie concrete.
