         Direct all artist-related activities including assuring highest levels of hospitality, booking ground transportation, arranging for hotel rooms, and developing BEO banquet order for meal services and related hospitality requirements; work closely with Artist Management/Tour Manager to develop run-of-show for Cargo activities while coordinating activities with Production Manager, Management Agency and artists and facilitate continual training/supervision of Green Room Host personnel.

         Expertly update the CargoReno.com website, including information on events, ticketing links, artist biographies, show announcements and other important information; also collaborate with Production Manager on TicketWeb in developing TicketWeb events including updating attraction, biographies and social media links.
