Effectively implement PID, PPC, PPA, DRRB, CPARS, IPAR and ASN RDAIS processes as well as implementing/monitoring PMT process; developed and gained approval for process SOPs and skillfully performed pre-coordination with IPT and other stakeholders regarding applicable policy guidance impacting Procurement Planning Conferences (PPCs).
Actively participate in PPCs, ensuring development of all applicable documentation and availability of sufficient ceiling for Justification and Approval (J&A) process and achievability of proposed milestones.

Also work with IPT in finalizing obligation list to assure adherence to Title 10, U.S.C., 2435 (b) requirements and lead weekly AAG MS C preparation meeting supporting awareness by IPT and ELT concerning DODI 5000.02 ACAT IC documentation requirements; coordinate/lead weekly meetings with OPNAV and IPDs regarding updating of AAG Capability Development Document (CDD) (pre-MS C) and ADMACS Capability Production Document (CPD) (post-MS C).
