Effectively assist in management of $2M annual Diego Training and Operational Readiness Information System Contract, which has been in effect since 2005 with specific mandate to
capture ship performance and training requirement execution of U.S. Navy surface ships, leading to Certification as deployable assets. In this Contractor assignment, as member of the imbedded staff, serve as Program Manager/Military Analyst for Afloat Training Group Pacific N4T mission, ensuring that any Type Command (TYCOM) changes to surface force requirements are uploaded into TORIS software/Afloat database to capture certification/sustainment training activities. Drive doctrine development/implementation in managing TYCOM-produced updates to Surface Force Readiness and Surface Force Exercise Manuals; apply changes in Surface Warfare Training Requirements to TORIS Afloat and Fleet View applications for readiness reporting by ashore training staffs.
Highly knowledgeable in developments in cyber warfare and skilled in implementation of Cyber Operation Mission Area for Afloat Units within TORIS; new warfare area joined with 22 existing areas to form a training/certification area for surface ships and was built/staffed/implemented within exceptionally short timeframe to support increased Cyber Warfare awareness of fleet units.
Successfully direct workforce of 22 technical personnel tasked with performing software development and mission area/metrics analysis directed toward providing training, readiness and certifications; key responsibilities include contract execution and personnel management that includes interviewing, hiring and negotiating contracts.
