Senior Director, Corporate Pharmacy Clinical Operations (2015 to Present)

         Conceptualized, established, and currently spearhead full-scope clinical pharmacy quality initiatives for Medicare, Medicaid, and MMP lines of business comprising 10 d-SNP contracts, six MMP contracts, and nine Medicaid contracts spanning 4.5 million members.

         Evolved operations to become 4-star Part D plan (2016 4-star MTM/50%+ CMR completion rate across all nine d-SNP plans; 2015 50% CMR completion rate across eight d-SNP plans).

         Launched in-house pharmacy quality program for medication adherence according to HEDIS and STARS measures (Part D STARS for Medication Adherence to Statins, RAS-A, oral Diabetic Medications, DMARD and osteoporosis and HEDIS AMM and MMA measures) to gain 4-star rating in six of 10 Part D plans.

         Led Medicaid AMM performance to save $3M in P4P by meeting minimum threshold for acute phase (49%+ compliance) with five members away from meeting gap closure; achieved minimum threshold during continuation phase with only five members away from gap closure.

         Co-authored two three-year HEDIS Quality Improvement programs for COPD and AMM (2016-2019).

         Pioneered new programs for high-cost patients, including specialty drug management and care process model corporate implementation; realized adherence savings of $2.2M for 2016 with Hep C treatment.

         Functioned as principal researcher for NGA-sponsored mHealth medication adherence mobile phone pilot in three Medicaid ABD populations with $183.83 PMPM savings after enrollment; results successfully continued for six months post-intervention.

         Governed outcomes research for Molina clinical pharmacy with an emphasis on medication adherence and quality outcome measurement; shared findings at national meetings and in peer-reviewed journals.

         As pharmacy product owner and business lead for mClinical, seamlessly integrated platform design for corporate single server solution, and enforced regulatory compliance for Part D programs.
