         Skillfully monitor TMRs to NG transportation, review/sign CSSBTMRs and maintain TMR book, classifying any sensitive and HAZMAT materials as well as oversize/overweight vehicles prior to TMR issuance; also track/forecast supply classes from existing TMRs for organization/NG2TCF/visiting CSS Band BCTs and diligently monitor Transportation Operations Branch convoy departures, route progress and FOB arrival times.

         Continually utilize CPOF to acquire FRAGO information for use in viewing/sharing battle-related information among warfighters; make needed adjustments in planning/equipment/carrier pickup times and identify appropriate course of action based on information provided by rotational unit; also schedule Class V distribution movement in EAB and provide versatility to EAB support.

         Provide crucial protection of government assets against fraud/waste/abuse and manage preventive maintenance activities for equipment including servicing, inspection and detection/repair of minor issues; continually monitor/assess maintenance status of EAB equipment and direct special maintenance and class IX repair parts requirements.

         Interact continually with rotation units to identify location/arrival/delivery status and ensure that Support Operations Managers are apprised of any unusual/unprecedented situations; also tasked to often chair daily Logistics Synchronization meetings, discussing logistics/coordination planning for 96-hours out.

         Work effectively with LNO/CSSB/BCT/Aviation Battalion representatives, diligently ensure printing and posting to appropriate books of FRAGO/CLV ammunition documentation and utilize JCR to track units/route, watch battles and exchange text messages with units.

         Skillfully employ multiple Microsoft software programs including Word to author reports, Outlook to disseminate reports and receive TMR sections of Battle Update Briefs (BUBs), and PowerPoint to update MCX slides, prepare BUBs regarding status of each rotation, provide instruction and report on training status in meetings.
