  Led the Subcontractor Team to build two major Costco retail stores in Taiwan, an island nation east of China.

  Guided subcontractors about how to complete tasks based on drawings created by the architect.

  Served as the official English-to-Mandarin (Chinese) Translator on-site for the Beitou Store Construction in partnership with Li Jin Engineering LTD, as the subcontractors did not speak English.

  Oversaw the construction of an underground design for the Beitou Store Construction.

  Managed the process of how far underground the store would be, including measuring the property line, as well as the selection of concrete to ensure the proper hardness and the actual pulling of the concrete.

  Determined where to establish the concrete wall, as well as correct curing of concrete.

  Ensured all civil work, slurry wall, foundation pile and steel columns were completed per the architects design, including measuring the depth for the foundation pile and choosing the proper pile.

  Ensured steel was cut with the correct dimensions, with bend to the correct angle, and also installed at the right diameter of the steel bar.

  Supervised the installation of escalators and elevators, as well as all interior decorations.

  Monitored and maintained safety policies, procedures, processes, standards and regulations to ensure the safety of all subcontractors and other personnel.

  Generated a weekly report about the status of the project to stakeholders, and uploaded photos to a website.
