1.       NEW: please add code to stop any emails from abc@xyz.com from piping to tickets on all sites ie writers@(all sites.com) (**It would be really cool if you added a place in /admin under email manager where we can add blocked emails and any email address we put in will not be allowed to pipe emails to tickets.

DONE. Currently, its done for resumewritinggroup.com domain. So please check it on this domain and let me know then we will apply this foe all other domains

There is already functionality exist in admin → Email Manager for ban the ticket and email id. From there you can ban the ticket email and can add the email as ban list and it will not create the ticket for that banned list email.

-        Please check the attached snapshot for ban the ticket and email.

Is there a way to check multiple emails at once ie. SELECT ALL and ban ? (there are often 300-400 spam tickets each morning) Also, if we ban 300 people each day that s 15,000 per year will the database/functions begin to slow down because of this ?
If so, do you like my other idea? The reason we have spam is because writers@ is an old, old email address that got on too many spam lists If we change all of the outgoing site emails to be from a NEW email address like abc@xyz.com then people will be replying to resumewriters@.com--(like you change the auto ticket replies, you change the follow up email manager etc;--- then you would stop the piping from writers@ and change the script to be piping emails to the NEW address of resumewriters@--then the spam would stop. Do you like that idea? (we would first establish the new email account, then have you change all emails that go TO clients from our system to be from resumewriters@... Then when it s all tested, you change the piping scripts to pipe emails from resumewriters@ and NOT emails from writers@...

-        its becuase we removed the specific word match restirction in pipe script i think we should put it back we will add functionliaty in admin where you can add list of words any 3 of the words must be mach we can create new email but after few weeks it will be popular and same issue we have to face please advice...
I know it s from the removed restrictions BUT People email us directly w/ so many different subject lines and some times NO subject lines I have an idea The GOOD ticket pipings all have- 99.9% have the word resume or resumes in their subject line Can you make it pipe only any email that has resume or resumes in the subject line (not case sens so Resumes is OK to or Resume )
If the subject line does NOT contain the word resume or resumes or Resume or Resumes or RESUMES or RESUME --or resume s or Resume s or RESUME S or RESUME s then do NOT pipe it AT ALL.. Ignore it.

-        Basically if the subject line contains the word resume in ANY form ANYWHERE in the subject line THEN* pipe it-- If there is NO form of resume in the subject line then do NOT pipe

BUT Plz also keep the old rule that is there now though- The autoreply/ no pipe for this one subject line anything with Meet Your Resume Writer!

2.       Please create a NEW (test) order form for ResumeWritingGuild.Com and ResumeGeniuses.org that follows the format of the Resumewritinggroup.com order form make it work with the same server that resumewritinggroup.com is on Do you need me to get new SSL certificates on Resume WritingGroup s server (server3.azoos.com) to do this? Basically, we want GUILD and GENIUSES to become sites that work w/ the secure.azoos.com/ database (so they need different/new order forms that have the correct fields for that) ..

-- it says ALL Credit cards are declined didn t go through but the cards are good.. I check authorize.net and bank, and it didn t even TRY to run the card. It s NOT sending the information to authorize.net IT s just telling the user that all/any cc card # is BAD.. did you fix this !?!?! Do you need to teamviewer me ?

Nope. I tried again. I tried THREE Cards. The problem is ONLY on the professional* level form The entry/federal/exec forms work good. Maybe*** you are adding something to the field when you pass it through The card is not being approved, the card is not being declined It is not going to authorize.net AT ALL. Your script thinks we are typing in an INVALID/INCORRECT # --so please look closely at your coding You ve got something on that form that isn t checking card #s correctly Something about that one card# field or the form field validation for THAT form isn t correct

b.      when I go to secure.azoos.com/resume/admin and I click PRICE MANAGER the affiliate drop down up to lists websites/order forms for me to change pricing etc;-- Please add the new guild/geniuses sites

Just resumewritingguild-secure.com AND make one called resumewritingguild-secureGENIUS
The first one will control the prices for all order forms on resumewritingguild-secure.com ie if I change a price there, it ll change on the order form/order process. The second one will control all of the resume geniuses forms ( this page at /admin already lets me edit executive/federal/cover letter all prices for any site s order forms)

-        I have added the resumewritingguild-secure.com and resumewritingguild-securegenuis.com in affiliates list and email as writers@resumewritingguild.com for both. So please check it and let me know if its correct or not


it S GOOD BUT---where are the order forms/contact forms for resume geniuses.. Also, there s a logic question I/we missed When people REPLY to an email from @resumewritingguild.com it s going to pipe to the OLD ticket system on the hostgator server right? How can we get the replies to pipe to azoos ticket dbase? Maybe we have to actually make the email address writers@resumewritingguild-secure.com ?

Also I emailed you the ticket opened email that goes to clients when the ticket is created is sloppy for resumewritingguild I sent you the correct format

Yes the /geniuse/ subfolder is perfect Please just use the same domain we re using for guild and the /geniuse/ subfolder

I have display the gratuities form, but Im not sure if this form?? So can you please see this is correct form.
The form is correct but plz put it on the azoos client sites I see it on resumewritingguild-secure.com now but not the others Also, I CLICKED To test it but the screen just refreshed and then I couldn t use the site any more It says unauthorized on every page ike it logged me out

3.       XDLS/updater auto charge/cron
OK, I received the June list by email-- so, it will CHARGE their credit cards on May 21 (3 days after the email, right ?!?!!?!?)
also, there is a list growing of clients who received the email and opted OUT/cancelled.. (see screen shot below) but in the OLD system, I was required to checkmark ALL and then choose process with (or without) refund .. After* I did that, it would REMOVE them from updater/XDLS so they would not be charged and will NEVER again be charged- Not next year, not ever. In my instructions to you, I asked that they now be AUTOMATICALLY removed and never charged again--- but I still see them on that list below Have these clients been REMOVED**-- ie. Did you write new code that automaticallty REMOVES them from renewal/XDLS credit card charges as soon as they click the email ?

DONE. We have make the functionality for auto remove the client from list when they click the llink from mail and it will not list in admin to check it and remove.

Also, we have auto remove the already cancellation's client from list. So its not display ander admin which you have displayed in your attached snapshot

Please set up Guild to be on the cron too. Both Guild and Azoos should next email July 1 2017 and then charge cc csrds July 4 2017 for June 1-30, 2016 and June 1-30 2015 and June 1-302014..Guild is $29.95 and Azoos is $39.95
(of course, when you use the NEW guild-secure forms you re making on the azoos server, those will automatically run as AZoos 39.95 in the future so no changes there Understand?)😊
Yes, I understand this. And can you please let me know yesterday we have send the notification mail to client for Guild and send you the report for that. So you have got the report mail for this??
