  Developing and executing domestic and international health programs on child development and life coaching, as well as Personality Appearance Manner Services (PAMS) club, to boost individual success.

  Creating PAMS club approved by the Ministry of Education in Namibia with the intent to encourage academically strong boys and girls to become future community leaders and HIV / AIDS advocates.

  Developing a child development program to assist students in flourishing on social, physical, behavioral, and emotional levels and promote holistic child development at 5 Rand primary schools.

  Creating a life coach program at Namibia s Sam Nujoma Multi-Purpose Center to recruit speakers on diverse public health topics, collaborate with behavior change officer, and bring community awareness.

  Coordinating efforts with various NGOs and Peace Corps, including requesting additional project funding, writing proposals / business plans, and consulting on program execution to attain sustainability.

  Consulting among stakeholders to develop Namibia-based programs to strengthen key communities.
