Select and contract vendors to design appealing and creative menus. Focus on and foster partnerships with local brands to minimize sourcing expenses.          Cooperated with local wine maker to custom-blend BoB wines at 35,000 ft. to create a wine that would appeal to the palate at elevation.

         Worked effectively with local renowned chef Tom Douglas to design Beyond Delicious BoB offerings.

         Joined forces with catering business partners to review, explore, and refresh BoB food offerings.

         Proactively expanded Northern Bites program into additional regions to drive revenues.

         Conducted in-depth kitchen audits and quality control sessions at 30+ locations as new menus were launched or cycles were adjusted.
