         Spearheaded development of 11 food and beverage menus annually in conjunction with eight catering companies to deliver outstanding meals from 50+ kitchens.

         Launched signature fruit and cheese platter for buy-on-board (BoB) utilizing Seattle s own Beecher s Flagship handmade cheese from Pike Place Market, paired with Oregon s Tillamook Sharp Cheddar, Seattle s Partners crackers, Seattle Chocolates San Juan Sea Salt Truffle, and fresh fruit and brie cheese.

         Cooperated with local wine maker to custom-blend BoB wines at 35,000 ft. to create a wine that would appeal to the palate at elevation.

         Worked effectively with local renowned chef Tom Douglas to design Beyond Delicious BoB offerings.

         Joined forces with catering business partners to review, explore, and refresh BoB food offerings.

         Proactively expanded Northern Bites program into additional regions to drive revenues.

         Conducted in-depth kitchen audits and quality control sessions at 30+ locations as new menus were launched or cycles were adjusted.
