Professional Experience

    Responsible for coordinating Outside Plant Engineering, Construction & Splicing activities for the mid-Atlantic Region that encompassed the states of XXXXXX, VA, WV, and DC.

    Collaborated with CenturyLink Fiber Planning in defining project scopes for routine and major network expansion projects, completing urban adaptive builds for the US Departments of Energy, Department of Commerce, the US Patent and Trademark Office, the National Science Foundation, and various offices of the Department of Defense.

    Oversaw successful non-government builds that included the Visa Data Center, Ashburn VA, Amazon, and Facebook, managing various areas of budgeting, project cost estimating, production scheduling, bid preparation, material specification and vendor management.

    Maintained complete P&L responsibility for a division transitioning from a standalone entity to a component of Espire Communications, providing strategic directions in creating and managing engineering and CAD standards, as well as in executing QA programs.
